You can define permissions for your Organization, controlling the access each team member has to resources on CloudCannon. You can create and be a part of multiple Organizations. A separate Organization that a Partner Organization manages but that the client uses and pays for. How can I start a Free Trial?#
For a step-by-step walkthrough of starting a trial and setting up billing, please read our guide on subscribing to CloudCannon.
CloudCannon automatically starts a Free Trial for each Organization you create. This includes your first Organization, which CloudCannon creates when you create an account, and every new Organization you create afterward.
The exception is joining someone else's Organization by responding to an invitation. That Organization already belongs to someone else, so no Free Trial starts for you. If you go on to create your own Organization, it starts a Free Trial as normal.
What happens when a Free Trial ends?#
CloudCannon shows a banner on the Subscription page with the number of days remaining on your Free Trial. This banner prompts you to add a payment method if you want to continue to use the features on your Subscription Plan.
If you add a payment method, CloudCannon will begin billing you for your Subscription Plan once the Free Trial has ended. You can switch between billing periods at any time, and CloudCannon prorates the difference on your next invoice.Billing Period
If you do not add a payment method, CloudCannon will pause the Subscription The ongoing payment to CloudCannon for your Organization's Subscription Plan. A Subscription can be active, paused, or canceled. Canceling a Subscription will prevent you from paying for further use of features and resources without deleting the Organization, its Sites, or files. Can I extend my Free Trial?#
If you need more time to evaluate CloudCannon, contact our friendly support team to request a trial extension. Let them know your Organization name and how much more time you need.
If you are a member of CloudCannon's Partner Program, you do not need to ask. Every Client Organization you create starts on a six-month Free Trial automatically. Your Partner Organization A CloudCannon Organization that belongs to a member of the Partner Program and serves as their base for managing client work.
