Welcome to CloudCannon's Partner Documentation. These articles are for web design and development agencies in the CloudCannon Partner Program.
A Partner A member of the CloudCannon Partner Program, typically an agency or freelancer specializing in web design and development. Partners manage client work from their own Organization, can create and manage Client Organizations for their clients, and earn Partner Points. A CloudCannon Organization that belongs to a member of the Partner Program and serves as their base for managing client work. From their Partner Organization, Partners create and manage Client Organizations and track their Partner Points. Anyone who customizes CloudCannon for their Team Members or clients by configuring the UI, settings, file management, hosting, and more. Developers work in the CloudCannon web app or a local development environment, and a Developer can also be a User. Anyone who uses CloudCannon to update website content, review changes made by others, organize their Team Members, or manage their Subscription Plan. Users work in the CloudCannon web app rather than a development environment, and a User can also be a Developer.Partner

As a Partner, you manage your client's code and content in CloudCannon, as well as administrative tasks like access and billing. The articles in this section explain how to structure client work, create and manage Client Organizations A separate Organization that a Partner Organization manages but that the client uses and pays for. Client Organizations are part of the CloudCannon Partner Program and give each client their own team, billing, and login. Unlike Client Sharing, which shares a single Site with someone who doesn't have a CloudCannon account, a Client Organization is a full, independent Organization. Points earned in the CloudCannon Partner Program for each active client and the seats they use. CloudCannon can also award additional points for milestones and campaigns.
