The Partner Program is for agencies and freelancers who build and maintain CloudCannon Sites for their clients. Becoming a member of the Partner Program is free, gives you access to UI for managing all your Sites, and provides scaling rewards as you bring more clients onto CloudCannon. When you join the Partner Program, your Organization A workspace in CloudCannon that groups together Sites, team members, and shared resources. It is also the unit CloudCannon bills for. You can define permissions for your Organization, controlling the access each team member has to resources on CloudCannon. You can create and be a part of multiple Organizations. A CloudCannon Organization that belongs to a member of the Partner Program and serves as their base for managing client work. From their Partner Organization, Partners create and manage Client Organizations and track their Partner Points.Organization
Partner Organization
- Partner Organization — Your Organization, which might contain your own agency websites, and summarizes your activity and rewards across your client work.
- Client Organization — A separate Organization you create for an individual client, managed by your Partner Organization but used and paid for by the client, with its own team, billing, and login.
As you take on more client work, you earn Partner Points Points earned in the CloudCannon Partner Program for each active client and the seats they use. CloudCannon can also award additional points for milestones and campaigns. As your points grow, your partnership moves through partner tiers that unlock benefits and a downloadable Expert Badge. A set of features available to your Organization, the monthly usage limits for resources, and the price you pay for access to those features and resources, monthly or annually. Each Organization in CloudCannon can have one Subscription Plan, and can update or cancel at any time. A separate Organization that a Partner Organization manages but that the client uses and pays for. Client Organizations are part of the CloudCannon Partner Program and give each client their own team, billing, and login. Unlike Client Sharing, which shares a single Site with someone who doesn't have a CloudCannon account, a Client Organization is a full, independent Organization. A downloadable image showing your tier in the CloudCannon Partner Program, which you can display on your own website to show your CloudCannon expertise. Expert Badges are available from the Silver tier up, and you can download yours as an SVG file from the Partner Rewards page in your Partner Organization. Each badge reflects your current tier, so the badge you download changes as you earn Partner Points and move up the tiers.Partner Points

Your Partner Organization UI#
Your Partner Organization adds new UI and functionality.
Your Organization Home shows all Unsaved Changes and Activity across Sites in your Partner Organization and any connected Client Organizations, allowing you to keep track of everything from one place. For more information on Client Organizations, please read our documentation on what Client Organizations are.
For Partner Organizations, CloudCannon also reorganizes the App Sidebar. Clicking the Clients link opens the Client Organizations Browser and the Rewards link opens the Partner Rewards page, where you track your Partner Points. The Your Org section in the App Sidebar shows the Sites, Projects, Domains, and Org Settings links, specifically for managing your Partner Organization.
