This guide is for anyone setting up a paid CloudCannon Subscription The ongoing payment to CloudCannon for your Organization's Subscription Plan. A Subscription can be active, paused, or canceled. Canceling a Subscription will prevent you from paying for further use of features and resources without deleting the Organization, its Sites, or files. A workspace in CloudCannon that groups together Sites, team members, and shared resources. It is also the unit CloudCannon bills for. You can define permissions for your Organization, controlling the access each team member has to resources on CloudCannon. You can create and be a part of multiple Organizations.Subscription

If you are already on a paid Subscription Plan A set of features available to your Organization, the monthly usage limits for resources, and the price you pay for access to those features and resources, monthly or annually. Each Organization in CloudCannon can have one Subscription Plan, and can update or cancel at any time.Subscription Plan
This guide walks through subscribing on the Standard Plan and Team Plan. If your Organization needs the Enterprise Plan, its billing is arranged directly with the CloudCannon team, so contact our support team to set it up. It helps to include your Organization name and a rough idea of your team size and resource needs, so they can prepare the right plan.

Before we begin, this guide assumes you already have:
- A CloudCannon account — If you do not have one yet, you can create an account.
- An Organization — An Organization is your team's workspace in CloudCannon, and every account starts with one. If you need another, you can create an Organization. Your Organization is where your Sites, Team Members, and Subscription live.
- Billing permissions — To manage billing, you need to be a member of the Owners or Billing Default Permission Groups, or a Custom Permission Group with billing permissions. If you created the Organization, you are already an Owner. Otherwise, ask an Owner to add you to a group that can manage billing.
