Set your Project's Display URL

The Display URL is an external link CloudCannon shows alongside your Project in two places: on your Project Card in the Projects Browser, and at the top of your Project page. It is a convenient way to point your Team Members at a related resource, such as your live website, a staging environment, or an analytics dashboard. CloudCannon does not visit or check the URL — it is purely for your team's reference.

The Display URL is a single URL. If you want to share a list of useful links with your Team Members — for example, analytics dashboards, documentation, or FAQs — please read our documentation on adding related links to your Project instead.

To set your Project's Display URL:

1. Click Projects in the App Sidebar. CloudCannon will open the Projects Browser.
2. Select the Project you want to update by clicking on the Project Card. CloudCannon will open the Project Sites Browser.
3. Click the Project Settings tab.
4. Select Details from the Section Navigation.
5. Enter your URL in the Display URL field.
6. Click the Update Project button.

CloudCannon will save your Display URL and show it as a link button on your Project Card and your Project page. Clicking the button opens the URL in a new browser tab.

You can remove the Display URL at any time by clearing the Display URL field and clicking Update Project.
