Introduction to your Organization

Your Organization is your home base in CloudCannon. It's the highest level of content management, bringing your Sites, your team, and your billing together in one place. You can own several Organizations, and be a member of Organizations that other people run.

Manage your Organization#

Every Organization brings your Sites, team, and billing together in one place. You can create as many Organizations as you need, move between them at any time, and customize each one with your own name and branding.

Owning an Organization#

Anyone in the Owners Default Permission Group can manage an Organization at the highest level, including actions that only owners can take.

Team Members#

To work together with others, you can invite people to your Organization as Team Members. For each Team Member, you can control which Sites they can access and what they can do, and you can remove their access when they no longer need it.

Permission Groups#

Permission Groups determine what actions a team member in your Organization can perform. Each Permission Group defines exactly what its members are allowed to see, edit, and create, and everyone in your Organization belongs to at least one.
