Add a team member to Site Sharing

Site Sharing allows you to manage which team members have access to your Site and control their permissions. You can add existing team members from your Organization or invite new users by email.

To add a team member to your Site:

  1. Navigate to the Site Sharing page under Site Settings in the App Sidebar.
  2. Click the + Add members button to open the Invite team members to your Site modal.
  3. Enter the name of the team members you want to add to this Site. You can also enter the email addresses of new users you want to invite to your Organization.
  4. Select the Permission Group to which you want to add these team members.
  5. Click the Add members button.

CloudCannon will add the selected team members to your Site with the chosen Permission Group.
