Here's how it works
On March 12, CloudCannon CEO Mike and Astro co-creator Fred K. Schott went live to walk through the new Astro Component Starter — how it's built, how CloudCannon manages the content, and how fast you can get from zero to something real.
Competitors had one week to transform the Component Starter into an incredible web page. The best three entries each won $1,500 USD.
The rules:
- Build your project using the provided starter.
- Create a project with a brand identity that's entirely your own. (Or a brand identity you're entitled to build on, e.g. agency client work.)
- Submit as a public GitHub repo under an open source license.
- Multiple entries are welcome.
Judging criteria:
We'd love to see how you apply your design and CSS skills to a blank canvas. We're also looking for a smooth visual editing experience on CloudCannon.
