COVID-19 - We're here to help

Last week, we got an email from our landlord (shoutout Nick) telling us he’s going to reduce our rent by 50% for the month of April. No questions asked. No conditions. We thought this was a great way of showing compassion in these unprecedented times.

We are very grateful for his selfless act of kindness, and now we want to pay it forward.

These are trying times for everyone, but some companies and individuals are experiencing immense stress on all fronts due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to help the people and businesses that are impacted the most, we would like to offer current and new customers a 50% discount on CloudCannon subscriptions for 2 months. No questions asked. No conditions.

As with everyone else, we are feeling the adverse effects of the pandemic. We will be relying on an honour system to help those that need it the most. If you have been affected negatively by the situation, please use the discount. If your operations are running as normal, we would appreciate it if you pay your normal price :) That being said, we will honour the discount for anyone who feels the need to use it!

If you are on an annual plan and you already paid for a full year, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

How do I receive the discount?

Existing users: Log in to your CloudCannon Account. Go to “CloudCannon Settings”. Under “Payment”, you will find the “Coupon” section. Enter the code: “HERETOHELP” into the coupon field to receive 50% off for 2 months.

New users: Create your CloudCannon account and follow the steps above. You will get a 15 day free trial plus 50% off for 2 months.

The offer is valid out April 2020.
