This release improved the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) experience across the app and added the Decline button and Confirmation Modals for Transfer Requests.
It also addressed several issues, including those affecting error handling and messaging, warning modals, and the Switch Organization Menu.
Features & Improvements#
- Improved the Digital Asset Manager experience.
- Added the ability to upload assets directly from the Browse tab of your DAM page under Org Settings.
- When you click on an asset in Browse tab of your DAM page, CloudCannon opens a preview modal.
- Improved performance and navigation when browsing your DAM.
- When selecting an asset from your DAM to use in a File Input, assets show a radio button to show you can only select one.
- Added the Decline button to incoming Site Transfer requests, allowing you to reject a request. Declining removes the Site from the Transfer Requests page under Org Settings, and the sender must initiate a new transfer to try again.
- Added Confirmation Modals before you can cancel an outgoing Site Transfer or decline an incoming one.
- Changed modals throughout the app to use your internet browser's native dialog element, improving keyboard and focus handling and ensuring modals reliably appear above other content.
Fixes#
- Several improvements to error handling and messaging across the app.
- Fixed an issue where CloudCannon would incorrectly warn you that accepting a Site Transfer would end your Free Trial or increase your billing.
- Fixed an issue where the tooltip and arrow for the Switch Organization Menu did not display correctly when the App Sidebar was collapsed.
