General fixes

This release addressed several issues, including those affecting SSL Settings, Azure DAMs, and the Publishing page.

Fixes#

• Fixed an issue where, in some cases, CloudCannon did not display the correct SSL Settings modal.
• Fixed an issue where, in some cases, CloudCannon did not display the correct error message in the Configure SSL modal when SSL setup failed.
• Fixed an issue where uploads to Azure DAMs failed when your Azure account did not have x-ms-useragent in the AllowedHeaders.
• Fixed various rendering issues on the Publishing page.
