This release made it easier to move between your Organizations, manage invitations, and create new Organizations from the Account Menu.

This release made it easier to move between your Organizations, manage invitations, and create new Organizations from the Account Menu.

It also reworked the Account Menu so it offers the same options everywhere in CloudCannon, added a landing page for new accounts created from an invitation, and fixed an issue where your Organizations list did not update after accepting an invitation.

Features & Improvements

Added a direct sign-in for single-Organization accounts. If you belong to exactly one Organization, CloudCannon now takes you straight into it when you open the app, instead of showing the Organizations Browser first. Because you no longer pass through the Organizations Browser, the Account Menu now provides everything you previously did there — responding to invitations and creating a new Organization — so you keep full access to those actions.

Moved responding to invitations into the Account Menu. A Pending invitations option, with a badge on your Avatar, now appears whenever you have invitations waiting, and opens a modal where you can Accept or Decline each one without leaving your current page. You previously did this from the Organizations Browser.

Moved creating a new Organization into the Account Menu. A Create new organization option now opens a modal so you can create an Organization directly. You previously did this from the Organizations Browser.

Reworked the Account Menu so it offers the same options whether you are working inside an Organization or viewing the Organizations Browser.

Added a landing page for new accounts created from an email invitation, showing your pending invitations so you can Accept one or create your own Organization.

Capped the trial counter in the App Sidebar at 30 days. When more than 30 days remain on your trial, the counter now displays 30+ Days left in trial instead of the exact day count.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where accepting an invitation did not update your Organizations list or the rest of the app until you refreshed the page.

Fixed an issue where Context Menus could open in the wrong position, especially when they contained nested elements or content that loaded after the menu opened.

Improved spacing on the Delete Account page in Account Settings.

This release added the Confirm Billing Change modal for Organization invitations.

This release added the Confirm Billing Change modal for Organization invitations.

It also addressed several issues, including those affecting the Commits tab of the Publishing page, Multiselect fields where you could create values, the User item in the App Sidebar, the Account Menu, and link images in File or URL Inputs.

Features & Improvements

Extended the Confirm Billing Change modal to cover Organization invitations, which asks you to confirm a potential increase in billing when inviting a Team Member to your Organization, specifically when someone accepting that invitation would extend your plan with a User Add-On.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the View button for each commit on the Publishing page Commits tab was not aligned correctly.

Fixed an issue where clicking outside of a Multiselect field that allows you to create your own values (e.g., the Email Address field on the Invite team members to your Organization modal) would discard the text.

Fixed an issue where the User item in the App Sidebar (including name and Avatar) did not fill the entire width of the Sidebar.

Fixed an issue where the Account Menu would open slightly off-screen.

Fixed an issue where, in some cases, the link summary image did not appear in File or URL Inputs.

It also rolled back the Organization Favicon feature and addressed several issues, including those affecting Site configuration for Non-unified Sites and the default values for the Repository and Target select fields.

Features & Improvements

Improved performance for the File Browser and Collection Browser for Sites with many files.

Fixes

Following feedback about the lack of configurability, we have rolled back the update from yesterday regarding the Internet browser tab using your Organization's brand logo. We will re-release this feature at a later date.

Fixed an issue where Non-unified Sites created via Fast Branching did not immediately apply the Site configuration.

Features & Improvements

New configuration options are available under
_editables
.
This release added the Sessions page to Account Settings, where you can view and manage your login sessions across all devices. It also added Last active indicators to team member cards in the Team page under Org Settings.

It also addressed several issues, including those affecting billing country codes and the Branding page color selection.

Additionally, some Sites were affected by a bug in CloudCannon's site-deletion logic, which caused a background job to delete a large portion of files from our production S3 bucket. To address this issue, we have deployed defensive programming to prevent deletion functions when a Site has no storage prefix. All affected files have been fully recovered using S3 versioning. For the full incident postmortem, please see our Status page.

Features & Improvements

Added the Sessions page to Account Settings, which shows all active and previous login sessions for your CloudCannon account.

Each session card displays the browser and operating system, IP address, sign-in time, last active time, and the login method used (email, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or SAML/SSO). Sessions that used MFA are indicated with a security badge.

The current session is highlighted with a Current tag.

Added the Logout of all sessions button, which signs you out of all active sessions across all devices. If your current session is included, you will be redirected to the login page.

Added search by IP address to filter sessions.

Added the Last active indicator to team member cards on the Team page under Org Settings. The indicator shows when each team member was last active in your Organization.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the country code was submitted in the wrong format when adding a credit card to your Organization.

Fixed an issue where the Branding page under Org Settings did not correctly save the selected brand color when updating your branding.

Fixed an issue where you could not invite new users to your Organization.

Updated dependencies to patch security vulnerabilities.

Features & Improvements

Added the Disable multi-factor authentication button to the Multi-factor Authentication page under Account Settings, if you have MFA enabled.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the selected item in a Select Input collapsed to a narrow strip instead of filling the full width of the input field.

Fixed an issue where the
icon_color
and
icon_background_color
preview settings were not applied to Choice and Multichoice Inputs.

Fixed an issue where dragging a value into an empty Multiselect Input did not show a drop indicator or accept the drop.

Fixed an issue where Cards displaying Collection file previews did not refresh when the underlying file was updated.

Fixed an issue where switching syncing provider or Organization did not reset the Repository select field.

This release improved performance for Account Settings and select views, moved the Building Locked switch, reduced the Update status indicator animation, added stricter rules for suggested Collections and H-level scaling in Input Context Boxes, and added a Try again button for failed automatic SSL generation.

It also addressed several issues, including those affecting the DAM Browser, the Main Branch select field for Projects, and Publishing for update to binary files.

Features & Improvements

Improved performance for pages under Account Settings and several select views across the app by converting these areas to Lit. Opening your Account Settings now keeps the App Sidebar for your current Organization open.

Added scaling for H-level headings in Input Context Boxes. The highest H-level heading will now become
H3
, and subsequent headings will scale appropriately (e.g., an
H1
heading will become
H3
and a subsequent
H2
will become
H4
).

Added the Try again button under the SSL section on the Subdomain page, which allows you to force a retry when automatic SSL generation has failed.

Fixed an issue where, for DAMs that contain many files, the DAM Browser could not find a file when searching for it by its exact name.

Fixed an issue where the Main Branch select field under the Repository section of the Project Settings tab did not work.

Fixed an issue where CloudCannon would display "undefined" when calculating the days remaining in a Free Trial.

Fixed an issue where adding your first credit card to your Organization did not automatically show the card as "In Use" until after refreshing the app.

Fixed an issue where CloudCannon did not enable the Publish button on the Publishing page if you only made updates to binary files (e.g., uploading a PDF).

Fixed an issue where the Publishing page button would display Publishing... when merging from your Publish Branch.

Fixed an issue where Conflict Resolution highlighting did not appear in long files.

Fixed an issue where CloudCannon would not update the merge status of a GitLab Pull Request after a CI pipeline had finished running.
